Save Money, Extend Bulb Life & Get More Remote Control Options
From Our Range Of Lamp Modules.
Use Only Lamp Module For Incandescent Lamps.
Do Not Connect Appliances Or Fluorescent lamp To These Units!
With the Lamp Modules you can easily add remote control to any light
in your home, without running wires and without complicated installation.
Power Line Carrier (PLC) technology utilizes your home's existing wiring
to send commands to and from the controllers/transmitters and modules.
Just touch a button on any controller/transmitter in any room and the light
assigned to that button pops on like magic. You can also adjust the lamp
from full brightness to a soft relaxing glow or anywhere in between.
Simply plug in the lamp module into any standard 240V switched socket
outlet and plug in a table lamp into the socket on the bottom module. Set
the lamp's activation code with the dials on the front of the module and
you're in business. It's so easy, you can automate every light in your
home in minutes. For installation on ceiling or wall light, use the in-line
module. Simply connect the lamp module to the existing electrical supply
and connect the lamp to the output cable (See Installation
Instructions).
Standard lamp modules are designed for use with incandescent lights
up to 300W. Higher wattage units are great for function room or meeting
room such as controlling the brightness of chandelier or decorative lighting.
Units for up to 2400W are available. When use with the wide selections
of X-10 compatible controllers, you are creating for yourself a new dimension
in lighting system For fluorescent and low voltage lights, use the SH-2001
fluorescent/appliance module.
The lamp module has a manual control function. With the 3 pin plug model,
simply flip the switch of the table lamp to off then on again and the lamp
will be turned on. For in-line module, manual control is possible if the
wall or ceiling light to be installed has an independent switch attached.
