This Warranty Policy Only Valid For Products Purchased And Used Within Malaysia.

Smart House assumes no responsibility or whatsoever for products used outside of Malaysia.

Unless specified, all Transmitter/Controller/Receiver Modules carries a one (1) year warranty against defective material and workmanship from the date of purchase at retail.

Smart House agrees to repair or replace, at its sole discretion, a defective Transmitter/Controller/Receiver Modules if returned to Smart House within the warranty period and accompanied by proof of purchase.

This warranty does not extend to any products which have been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, lightning striles, incorrect wiring or to use in violation of operating instruction furnished with the device, nor extend to any units altered or repaired for warranty defect by anyone other than Smart House.

This warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential damages and is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied and no representative or person is authorised to assume for us any other liability in connection with the sales of our products.
